Some people don’t think. But it is not big oil preventing this. It is the gas and diesel powered auto makers. Now with them in bad shape this will change.
EV IS THE FUTURE !
At $4 a gallon (Seattle), I now have fiscal and green reasons to avoid all gas stations. I will test drive a Zenn and a few of its competitors tomorrow. I know Al Gore ripped the Conservatives’ environmental plan. Until I saw this CBC update, I did not understand how scary those little electrons had become to some Albertans – who have such wonderful air to breathe.
harper will never let this in canada his majour supporters are from alberta, sask which depend greatly on oil production this would hurt their investment in alberta and big oil will not stand for it harper is a pansy and has no balls to make the wright decision if it aint running on oil it aint driving on canadian roadfs let them drive in the city and when they go faster on hwys this is a chance to be leaders not followers let them build them and test
remember electricity is gov owned big oil won’t support that how can they jack up their profits if they have no control or ownership of electricity big oil will only support a source that needs to be sold at service stations and something that they can control too bad the only thing on usa news is britney madonna driling offshore illegal aliens but they never talk about solutions to their problems like elec cars
hehe… they are more real then the politicians.
Get Terence and Philip on the case, that will sort those oil corrupt politicians out!
Got to agree, Transport Canada has in for LSV’s.. why? I’m sure oil has something to do with it.
Is there anyone that still hasnt figured that the Canadian government is in the pocket of Oil corporations? Big Oil is getting millions in tax brakes from the government while making billions in profiteering as their puppet still dances around Kyoto commitment. Getting hit by a car while riding a bike or walking across the street isnt much safer then being in that car, the bias and corruption of the government is transparent.
