My ZAP works very well. I use it every day since I rarely drive more than its 30 mile range per charge. It has a top speed of 40 MPH, fine for most city streets. I drive 9 miles to work and they even give me a place to plug in to recharge for the ride home. It has a solar panel roof over the flatbed that trickle charges the battery pack to help extend its chemical life and to give 5 miles of driving range from a day sun.
